"Once in the hotel room, everything was great but getting to that point was difficult. On the first night, We asked 3 different times for a rollaway bed (at check-in + called the front desk) but they never brought it. We finally gave up and created a make shift bed with the sofa cushions for our 4 year old to sleep on. When dropping the car off, the parking team stood around for 5 mins just talking to each other. I had to walk in and go to the front desk, with all of our bags, just to have them...

The staff on the front(name is Ty)desk was prompt when we requested for extra blankets. The breakfast in the morning was a big plus. We also loved the fridge and the microwave in the room.
