This brand new construction house (completed December 8th 2021) boasts 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with ample gathering space, an enormous backyard patio that wraps around the side of the house (partially covered) and enters into the party garage. New Hot Tub that faces towards Lambeau Field for a view like no other. Six spacious bedrooms all with luxurious king or queen beds and two queen premium pull out couches can accommodate your group for any event/weekend stay.

A great family Christmas celebration
Brought all of our adult children & families here for Christmas in Green Bay. Had a wonderful stay. Property is exactly as described. Spacious with arcade games in the lower level and large heated garage with more entertainment space. View of the Resch Center and Lambeau right out the back door. Recommend filling out City of Green Bay on-line form for overnight street parking as driveway only accommodates a few cars.

This was a perfect home for our family traveling from California for here a Packers game and visiting cousins in Green Bay. The house was warm and inviting with plenty of space for the 7 adults, 1 teenager and our baby grandson. It was a complete remodel and the owners did an amazing job - everything was quality first class. The garage was fully heated with games as well as the basement with 3 bedrooms and a full bath. We were the first renters of the winter season so the heat was taking awhile for the basement and the owners promptly brought over a space heater until the heat kicked in. The house had a view of Lambeau Stadium from the backyard with a fire pit and lots of seating. If I could give it 6 starts I would!

The property is in incredible location, the house is set up perfectly for having fun with the tailgate garage and games in the basement, the beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and beautiful , well equipped kitchen…the owners were very responsive and helpful. it was perfect for our family trip to celebrate my dad at Lambeau.. thanks!!

Great house for a celebration!
