"The only issue I have and probably won’t use Hotels.com again is my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight out of Dallas. I was forced to stay all night in Dallas Out of my control and I prepaid for the hotel and they would not take that into consideration. Not a good thing "

Weirdly, my masseuse was a kid who could not have been more than 16 years old. He was training an even younger masseuse. "Would not stay again solely due to the noise. You hear everything through the walls, including any chair that moves upstairs on the rooftop starting from 7am-11pm. They have loud music playing until 11pm on the rooftop but yet no one is ever there. The restaurants are almost non existent with people in the evening and and poor service. Nice setting, but little to take advantage of throughout the day and night, including room service etc. This place should shift into a bar/restaurant because...
