"This is just an amazing home that will be hard to ever top. More rooms than we needed for our family with 5 kids, ages 3 - 17. Wonderful dining area, and we enjoyed playing games in the evenings, whether that be with the pool table or playing a card game. A beautiful location, not too far from Hwy 71. Ray was very responsive and so helpful during our 4 days/ 5 nights at the house."

"this is a spectacular house with plenty of room inside and out. It is beautifully maintained and cleaned, very spacious with large bedrooms and enough bathrooms to match the bedrooms. The public areas were very large and comfortable. The hosts were available and extremely helpful."

So, I was able to finally stay at this unique location this year, and found it as expected--a unique location with it's own history, in a spacious and modernized environment. "Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do."

"Nicely remodeled older home in Belmont neighborhood of Dayton. Well supplied with many extras. Very clean. No problems at all. Was very convenient between the church and downtown reception for our daughter's wedding. Very convenient to highway."

We brought our bikes from Wisconsin and rode every day along well marked, paved trails in the Little Miami River Valley. We especially loved the artwork throughout the house.
