Incredible home for our family of 7
This is just an amazing home that will be hard to ever top. More rooms than we needed for our family with 5 kids, ages 3 - 17. Wonderful dining area, and we enjoyed playing games in the evenings, whether that be with the pool table or playing a card game. A beautiful location, not too far from Hwy 71. Ray was very responsive and so helpful during our 4 days/ 5 nights at the house.

Our second visit, already booked the next one!
This is our second visit to the property and it was stellar as usual. Ray is a fantastic host with excellent communication. The house is huge and secluded with a wonderful screen porch that puts you right in the woods. It's very quiet with no neighbors nearby. With a grill on the lower patio and a nice firepit, this is a great place to get away. Inside everything is super clean. The kitchen is big and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms, soft bedding on each bed, and wonderful gathering spaces for your whole group. This was an authors' retreat, and we had plenty of room to spread out and each find our own space to write. If this location meets your needs, you will love this property. Can't wait to come back in September!

Amazing Place for a Gathering of Friends or Family
I have been using VRBO for nearly a decade. This is likely the very best value I have every found on VRBO. Master Bedroom is huge with huge adjoining bathroom. Upstairs is open and extremely useful with 2 big dining tables for eating or games and great TV room with huge couch & reclining seats. Downstairs if huge with 4 very usable bedrooms, pool table, shuffle board and other games; as well as, another huge TV & couch viewing area for the kids. This will become our family's get together site in the future

Home away from home
Ray is an absolute joy to rent from. He was incredibly helpful and kind. The home is breathtakingly beautiful and exactly what you want if you are looking for peace, quiet, and luxury. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need and it's just a short drive to everything. If you are headed to the Dayton or Cincinnati area, check this place out!!

Spring Break Get-away
The house was wonderful, with lots of space and large rooms. Kitchen was nicely supplied, the whole house was very clean with plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. It was great to have the use of the garage for our automobile. I loved the solitude and privacy this property provided, with woods surrounding three sides of the house. My wife and I had a very relaxing time away from home!

Family Christmas
Our sons and their significant others stayed with us at the VRBO. We had a very enjoyable stay. Ray’s place was spotless and had beautiful furnishings. He even put up Christmas decorations. We all loved the big sectional sofa to stretch out and watch Christmas movies. We made a big meal on Christmas and this house has a fantastic kitchen to cook in with all of the supplies you need. Thank you Ray for sharing your beautiful home with us at Christmas.

Wonderful house for our visit
We spent several days visiting my husband's family and this house was perfect for us. Not only was it stocked with everything we needed but there were Christmas decorations and games throughout truly making us feel like we were home. Only getting better
We're repeat guests at Ray's house, and greatly impressed with the positive changes he's made since we were here last year. It was already fantastic, but he's really stepping up his game to make his guests welcome and comfortable. While I kind of wanted this property to stay a hidden gem, Ray also deserves all the success he can get, because he's doing a great job as a VRBO host and his property is just fantastic!

Lovely private property with plenty of space to gather
This is a wonderful home that feels like you're out in the country while still being close to major local attractions, restaurants, and activities. We stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends and have already booked this home for a stay next spring. It's super clean and welcoming, comfortable and homelike. A huge ranch on a wooded, private lot, there's a luxurious main bedroom on the first floor and four more bedrooms in the fully finished basement (which has a second living room and bar with fridge and microwave, along with pool table and patio access). The bathroom that serves those four bedrooms is a unique design with two private commode rooms, a double sink, and two private showers. There is another half bath on the main floor. Kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of small appliances (coffeemaker, crock pot, toaster) and a huge granite island. There's a six-person dining table, a 4-person kitchen table, two barstools at the island, plus a screened in porch off the kitchen and a separate lower level patio, both of which have 4-person tables for outdoor dining.You'll have more than enough room for everyone to eat. Both living rooms (first floor and basement) feature huge leather sectionals. There's a firepit, and plenty of parking. It's very private and completely quiet. The host is wonderful and available, with great communication. If this home is anywhere near where you want to stay, you'll be happy with this choice. Can't wait to come back!

Nice place, close to a lot
The home is in a good location to get to a lot of attractions - we went to kings island and great wolf lodge. We stayed with our friends and our children. It was nice that they have some games for kids and little ride on toys in the basement. The number of bedrooms is nice for a larger group. The home was not very clean and there were a lot of things in the home that didn’t work - the dryer, cold water in half bath, warm water on one of the sinks in half bath. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Ray is very kind can be easily reached.

Peace and Quiet
Ray's property felt like visiting a friend, and the space and the amenities were welcoming. I loved the fact that there was nature, peace and quiet outside the front door, and the screened-in porch was our favorite place to be! There were little quirks, but Ray was good at telling us about them and they did not negatively affect our experience. We will definitely be back next year, if available.

gorgeous setting and beautiful home!
My granddaughter and I came to visit family in the area and this property exceeded our expectations! The house is set back off of the road in a magical setting and the house itself was beautiful and very clean and comfortable for all of us. We played basketball and roasted s’mores out by the fire that was perfectly stocked with firewood and chairs. We had the privilege of meeting Ray, the owner who was absolutely welcoming and friendly. We will absolutely be back to stay on our next visit!

Golf vacation home base.
Four of us enjoyed six different golf courses in six days while using this secluded home as our home base. Four of the courses were close to the house ( 40 minutes or less ). Two were half way between our hometown and Morrow. The house was a joy to stay in. It satisfied our needs and was clean and comfortable. It’s close enough to stores ( +/- 15 minutes ) but isolated and very quiet. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with. The one problem that we did have was fixed the next day. Only negatives I have was no cable tv and the clothes dryer was broken. But those two things were not game changers and I would recommend this home and it’s owner. I would rent this property in the future.

Perfect for big families!
As my 4 year old grandson called it, a secret house because it tucked away from the road in a gorgeous wooden area. Perfect for kids to run and play out side and inside. We came from California for daughter wedding the house provide us with plenty of space to make the wedding cake as well as all the bouquet. We would definitely stay again.

From the moment our two families set foot in the property, we knew that we were in for a memorable week. Tucked away in a serene, quiet rural area, this rental gem is set on sprawling land that allows you to truly disconnect from the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. And yet, its location is so brilliantly strategic, ensuring that you're never too far from all the local attractions. Our kids were in town as the W&S Tennis Open Ball Kids, this house provided them a true home to rest up well. Walking into the house, we were instantly captivated by the grandeur of its high ceilings, lending an air of spaciousness and luxury. From an array of kitchen tools that would delight any culinary enthusiast to the thoughtfully arranged laundry tools, the house owner Ray has ensured that guests want for nothing. The wide range availability of TV/Game tools has brought the families together closer. But the experiences aren’t confined to the interiors alone. Stepping outside, we enjoyed warm evenings by the bonfire, basketball hoop, or just running around in the wide open space. We are very impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the house. Every corner spoke of care and attention to details offering a warm embrace to weary travelers. This property is not just a rental but a wonderful experience. I have a construction company, we were contracted to do a job in the area. Rented this house for my crew and to say that they thought this house was the best is an understatement.
