We fished in the pond, catching large mouth bass and blue gills by the dozen (then release). I have nothing but great things to say about the Host & his family. "We had come to the area for a funeral in Middletown. This home was perfect for us. We were able to meet our obligations with the funeral and time with family but had a space where we could relax and reflect in a quiet and comfortable home. The host was wonderful and attentive to our needs."

"Lovely, spacious home in an upscale neighborhood with a large great room, big kitchen, and plenty of parking; convenient to shopping, restaurants, museums and entertainment. And a perfect view of the total eclipse from the large patio with plenty of seating (a roll-up awning that we didn’t need) and a gas grill which we did. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary accoutrements and basic household items are provided. The home is clean and well maintained and there is plenty of room outside...

"The house is a little outdated and smaller than anticipating but located right on the golf course. The location is easily accessible to the nearby towns. Sunsets are really nice. Very nice place to stay"

"The house was wonderful to stay in. Big kitchen with updated appliances and a gas grill to do family meals. My family used it all and ended the night at the fire pit. The zipline, board games, & Cornhole kept us entertained. The house was clean, roomy, and somehow felt cozy. The hosts were super sweet and left us a welcome basket of Dayton treats that we all devoured. I would highly recommend it for a family or friends get away."

"Check-in was simple; the house was clean and well equipped—kitchen, bath towels, bed linens. (I missed having a dishwasher, but refrigerator and stove were good quality and clean.) My tiny dog loved the fenced-in backyard. (Luckily he wasn’t scared of the 3 gigantic, but silent, dogs across the fence.) It’s a pleasant, quiet family neighborhood. Easy access to major roads, parks, and a great shopping mall."

"Very clean but older than the pictures indicated. Appreciated the budget stay though for the one night and convenient location to the Air Force museum!! If you're a coffee drinker bring your own things. Also be sure to check out the area to be sure you feel comfortable with the location 👍 Easy check in and out and great communication with the owners."

"quiet area , very close to Air museum and restaurants and such. We had only one issue with one of the showers would let any hot water come out. It was taken care of very promptly."
