"This is a short walk to the dock to Isle Au Haut, multiple restaurants, a general store & the harbor area. You won't need to move your car unless leaving the whole area. The place is really nice. Much fancier than I needed. The woman at the Kayak shop (not affiliated) explained which door to enter the combination & some other details and even turned on an extra fan for me. "We had the Mary Day suite, a beautiful view and a semi private porch for a front row seat to the boats coming ang going. A sweet historic town with just the right amount of shops to find what we needed and enjoy some local artisans. The property manger Trisha was very friendly and helpful.
