"Kitchen, Laundry and Bathrooms are the strong points for this listing. Inside was clean and comfortable. Outside had great parking with easy entrance, but porch, deck and yard furniture were dirty and not kept up well. This lovely wooded area caused a late night Uber to be a bit anxious."

"Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!"

"We had a nice day and this lovely, very clean and well located townhouse. Living/dining, kitchen and half bath on first floor; three bedrooms and two baths on second floor. Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood."

"My family of 5 stayed and was very comfortable. The location can’t be beat! You can walk to a few areas or hop on the car and get to many things within 10 minutes. House came well stocked with necessary toiletries/soaps/paper towels and such. Easy and stress free checkin/out."

"My family visited Hillsborough and stayed at this location over Christmas 2023. They were VERY impressed with the location, size, and cleanliness of the home. The only complaint they had was that the fridge was not working. However, they were able to use the outdoor fridge to keep all their perishables cold and the owners did offer to buy ice, which was not necessary. The owners were also very responsive to my emails. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!"

"Small but comfortable. Make sure you bring spices, coffee and any other staples you think you’ll need, if you’re going to make anything to eat.There were 4 coffee pods there, but no ground or instant. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner also."

"Lovely home, fabulous hosts,great quality inside with all necessities. Cleaning, bathroom, kitchen staples which was unexpected but appreciated. The area where this home is located I believe is a poorer area that that is starting to be gentrified into a much more appreciated space. Felt safe and cozy inside the home. Businesses around close a bit sketchy. Absolutely would stay again because you are near a lot of things and the home was exceptional."

"We needed a place to stay in Durham while my husband had surgery and this place worked out great for my family. It's very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We liked that all the bedrooms had TV's. Nice yard if you have children or fur babies. Host was very easy to work with and responds quickly to questions."

"We had our family of 8 adults for a weekend of fun for a Duke Basketball game. The house was amazing! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens. The host communicated promptly and often about questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were so comfy - we slept tight! Coffee bars were awesome and decor was amazing - loved added touches like string lights hung around fence and patio which gave a beautiful ambience for a happy hour wine time. "We came in for three nights from New York to see our new granddaughter. The property is a sweet three bedroom that is located near absolutely everything. We didn’t spend any time pouring over maps as we were at the heart of everything. It was super nice and so convenient. We loved it."
