Clean & convenient
This house is in a great location for visiting Duke & downtown Durham, with off street parking and everything a visitor needs. Friesh was very responsive & helpful, and provided all that we needed for our stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, extra toiletries and paper products. We would definitely stay there again.

Durham Delight
We came in for three nights from New York to see our new granddaughter. The property is a sweet three bedroom that is located near absolutely everything. We didn’t spend any time pouring over maps as we were at the heart of everything. It was super nice and so convenient. We loved it.

Great Host!
Our host was lovely, kind, and available, but non-intrusive. Overall, this is a great location for people who will sleep, eat, and rest at the property, but find entertainment and experiences off-site in the community. What we loved!! - The property is clean. - The beds were super comfortable. - The bedding was welcoming and cozy. - It was evident the host added some special touches. - The towels were luxurious. - Nice, spacious porch area. (5 cement steps to gain entry are stable and sound.) - Open floor plan. - The property is conveniently located in Durham. - Quick access to the community, schools, grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. - And again, our host was delightful. Things to consider when booking this property (at the time of our stay, March 2024) - There is NOT a hot tub on the property. - The lot/yard is not yet designed for outdoor recreation and is not child-friendly. - The remodel seemed to be still in progress, and unsafe debris was in the yard area. - The property is located in a busy and relatively loud neighborhood. - Caution is required for anyone with stability issues. The level from the driveway to the entrance stairs, as well as uneven areas with the floor. - The bathroom is narrow, and not convenient for people with a physical disability.
