Not staying with KASA again
Property pluses - well appointed kitchen with many cooking utensils Property minuses - amenities are NOT open the hours stated and were closed for the majority of our week stay - if the amenities were open they are only open 10-6 pm so if you want to use them you need to do so during the daytime - dirty apartment, had to clean when we arrived, dishes were dirty with food and lipstick on them - carpet was not vacuumed, found an eyelash strip, bugs in the closet, a piece of denim and a door stop all stuck in the shag of the carpet - text messages with Kasa were robotic replies so likely AI and not human. Didn’t care that we were disappointed with our stay - no late check out, said they had to clean the room immediately at 11 am for the next guests despite all the issues we had This experience has soured me on Kasa. I typically stay with Laundry or Sonder and both are substantially better!
