"We stayed here one night during Hurricane Beryl. During the day, it seems pretty safe. At night, we saw lots of shady characters in and around the parking lot. I had a horrible time trying to reach the front desk to confirm my reservation. No one would ever answer the phone. They were overwhelmed due to the hurricane. I want to give a shout out to the night manager. He went above and beyond accommodating us and making us feel welcome. He was patient and kind. Thank you!!!"

"The hotel was nice but I have stayed at hotels that were nice for less money. I did like the set up of the room. The eating area was not as clean as it should have been after breakfast. There should have been a microwave in all rooms. It defeats the purpose of heating your food in reception and up five floors. It makes no sense."

"Was a little late for the check in but I had no problems and the room was kept for me. Staff was helpful and I see an improvement over the last few times at least for the big room, with jacuzzi. Things definitely going in the right direction and the efforts are paying off."
