The enclosed yard boasts a refreshing pool for relaxing in the sun and a full island kitchen complete with a BBQ, sink, and a bar, all topped by a palapa. Inside your home, you will find a full kitchen with new appliances, and a spacious living area. The home also features a pickleball court designed to replicate the nearby Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

The Indian Wells Tennis Gardens are one mile away for the Paribas Tennis Tournament. Catch your favorite musicians at the Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals on the Polo Grounds just seven miles from your rental. Visit one of several golf courses in the area where you can swing a club, or do some shopping on the well-known El Paseo Drive in Palm Desert, only six miles away.

The pool does not have heat at this time.
Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
