Missing Lock in the Master Room
"My kids had a wonderful time and so are we, my husband and I. The only thing we dislike is that the master room did not have a lock, so we were not able to lock the door, which was a really bad situation since we could not have our privicy, depriving us from have our intimacy with peace of mind. ..."

May 12, 2020Expedia wouldn't help get my refund back and the hotel took my deposit. We never even got into the bed because it was so hot. They said I smoked in the room and I am highly allegeric to smoke. The hotel lied and Expedia won't refund me!

Mar 4, 2020when we checked in the girl was getting off work in 20 minutes she was not friendly or helpful...the next day we left when we returned they had deactivated our room key. later we were sleeping and the front desk person tried to get in our room
