The woman who checked us in was excellent. We needed to change rooms and she was very accommodating. Rooms are very basic--I think the odd numbered rooms don't have fridges and the even numbered rooms do. But everything is very clean and there are lawns for dog relief all around.

Expedia wouldn't help get my refund back and the hotel took my deposit. We never even got into the bed because it was so hot. They said I smoked in the room and I am highly allegeric to smoke. The hotel lied and Expedia won't refund me!

when we checked in the girl was getting off work in 20 minutes she was not friendly or helpful...the next day we left when we returned they had deactivated our room key. later we were sleeping and the front desk person tried to get in our room
