Great visit to Little Basin Villas
We had a great stay at Little Basin. Very cool setting back off the road with water access. Really relaxing sitting down by the water. Pool was very nice. Not a big pool but water was perfect temp, and the area was well kept. Amazing number of dining options nearby with many of them within walking distance. The property is a little tricky to find as it is behind another business and off the road just a bit. The main highway is very busy, so it is nice to be off the main road a short distance. One bedroom downstairs with a full or queen size bed. Two bedrooms upstairs with king size beds. all bedrooms have their own bathroom and a fourth bathroom off the kitchen. The flight of stairs to the upstairs is a little longer than normal. Not a problem for us, but good to know if you have a lot of trouble with stairs. We didn't bring a boat but as I understand it, you have to reserve a place to tie up to the dock. We would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful experience!
Perfect location for walking to several waterfront restaurants and shops. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed. Communication regarding our stay was great - I would definitely recommend and we look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful townhome
Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this property. We traveled with our three adult children and found that there was plenty of space for all and loved that it was big enough for us to gather together on the first floor and spacious enough to retreat to the bedrooms when we wanted a little more separation. The property is as pictured. We loved the microbrewery across the street with yummy beer and live music every night and there were some great restaurants within walking distance. We also rented some stand up paddle boards from the recommended vendor and loved the easy delivery and pickup.
