Great room, clean. Amensitues like sauna, stem room worked very poorly. Customer service average. Didn’t feel welcomed The room has a kitchen but no plates, no silverware, no kitchen pots to warm up anything, only few glasses. Checking the room before you leave the hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. I find it disrespectful

Despite its slightly distant location, the warm welcome and impeccable service made every mile worth it. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with genuine smiles from the staff, creating a welcoming and safe environment that instantly felt like home. Vaysel, in particular, stood out with his warm smile and hospitality that made our stay memorable. Despite not being in the bustling heart of Istanbul, this hotel truly captures the essence of the city's spirit. I couldn't recommend it more highly. It's a hidden gem that deserves every bit of its five-star rating.

The only thing that keeps this property from getting a 5 star is their so called offer for breakfast. It is not worth the price. They offered subtandered poor quality food. They served the same food every day. They served boiled eggs, beans, upside down eggs, sausages and potatoes, bread and cheeses. The food was stale and not appetizing. For drinks tea, lemonade, and cranberry juice. When I asked them if they could make me an omelette with tomato and onions I was told that I had to pay. The service was poor also. I only ate 3 days out of 16 days. I spoke with the manager and was denied a refund. I was told the restaurant wasn't owned by them and couldn't give me a refund and would not reach back to expedia who had been trying to reach out to them for a refund. Obviously they just wanted to keep the money. DON'T GET BREAKFAST PACKAGE!!!!
