"There were 3 of us and we were very, very happy with all of the space especially in the common areas such as the kitchen and dining area and the living room. There was plenty of room for us to park both cars. Our host was so accommodating! We had a toilet issue and he sent a plumber to fix it within 30 minutes!! Great service. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone coming to Jacksonville!"

"House was well furnished and was a good fit for 3 of us. Bathrooms and dishes were not cleaned prior to our stay and owner was made aware. He was very friendly, and apologetic. I’m hoping this issue is resolved for future guests."

"Property was fantastic for what we wanted. Location was very good. View was fantastic Price was well worth it Wife and I had a great 40th anniversary trip Negatives: we could not get WIFI to connect to our mobile devices. No outside trash can to dump trash. All-in-all, great rental. We Recommend."
