"Just a family of Wisconsinites who came down to see some family and beat the winter weather. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated the whole family. The pool was clean and the highlight of the weekend for the kids. I was able to send text messages to the owner and he responded very quicky for the few questions i had. we stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect and we would absolutely rent from these owners again."

"Made a last minute trip to the area from KY to visit family. Everything about the house and location was exactly what we wanted. Home was as described and located in a quiet and easy to navigate area. Annette was easy to reach if needed but we never encountered any issues. Would definitely stay here again."

"This vacation home was truly amazing! The pictures were spot on. It was so refreshing to pull into the gate, close it behind us & let our dog out to explore the nice size yard. It was also so nice to walk our dog at Fort Travis Seashore Park just next door. The oversized porch was lovely with a spectacular view of the gulf. We really enjoyed watching the ships come in & out. The home is beautifully decorated & is so relaxing. It had everything we needed & more. We look forward to staying here...

"Loved this quiet neighborhood that’s tucked just a short distance away from Kemah. Check-in and communication were a breeze. The house was furnished with everything we needed too. We loved being so close to the boardwalk, but were extremely happy with the quiet family friendly location."

"For a discreet getaway, this was an ideal location. A little off the beaten path but not lacking amenities or views. The property was nicely maintained and the host was phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed the coziness of the space and seclusion of the location. I even got in some unexpected bird watching and got in some equine talk with my host (horses on the adjacent property). Cleanliness wasn't an issue, grocery stores are near enough, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I have no notes."

"Don't be fooled by the neighborhood. This is a lovely place with a kayak-size boat ramp for anytime fishing and crab traps right there in the back yard for family fun. The place was spotless, and had everything we needed to have a week of peaceful vacationing. "Great location and amazing stay! Patricia was very welcoming and attentive. It was a very short drive to the Kemah boardwalk and restaurants. It was a bit chilly at night so the fire pit came in handy. The kids got to make s’mores so they did not mind the cold weather. The house was very spacious and fit our whole family.
