Absolutely amazing property and experience. Ralph was always just a text/call away for anything we needed, and checked on us every day. The boardwalk was just a walk away & it was such an amazing experience, I thank the hosts for giving us a time we will never forget!

Great place for families to gather

My siblings and our families came to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday with my parents. There were 13 of us in total, and we had so much space and there was so much to do just within the house or just outside of it. Pool table, poker table, chessboard, darts, Scrabble, giant TV, swimming pool, fishing off the pier. We also cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners at the house and there were plenty of dishes and kitchenware, making it breeze to feed so many. Lots of fridge space (3 refrigerators!) and seating. We had an amazing time here and hardly left the property (because of the weather). But we did go to the Kemah Boardwalk once and it was very close! Highly recommend this property for a gathering place for multiple families.

We are from Canada and our son was graduating from chiropractic college. We were having a celebration. It was the best place we’ve ever stayed the most greatest host most beautiful pool and the view was amazing.

Great Home!

My group and I came down for the Lions vs Texans game and we were blown away by the spaciousness and location of the home. More than enough space for all 8 of us comfortably! We loved the home and all it had to offer. The next time we’re in the area, we will definitely stay here again if available!

Annual Boat Trip

We travel the Texas coast by boat with a large group of friends annually. This property was by far the very best place we have ever stayed. Was it perfect, no. I am sure some people will find something wrong with it. It was perfect for us. The bedrooms were nice sized, except for the primary suite which was the size of the average home. We could have held a dance in the primary suite. The open floor plan - game room- living area- kitchen - was perfect for our large group. There were many little things that were nice touches such as a chess set and several other indoor and outdoor games. The golf cart was a must. We used it very little but in the Texas heat that walk to the Boardwalk would have been miserable. The pool was also very nice. The only negative is that the boat docks need some attention.

Wonderful Getaway!

This property is positioned perfectly! It was close to lots of options for our family’s 4 day getaway! The pictures are great, but even more spacious and beautiful in person. There were plenty of towels for both shower and the pool to go around so no need to pack those. It was myself, my wife, and 8 of our children who stayed. Besides taking daily excursions, we enjoyed our time at the house with fishing, sunning, darts, billiards, making s’mores, and reading on the decks while enjoying the sound of the water and birds.I would highly recommend this as your next stay. The groundskeeper met us at the home and gave us a wonderful tour upon our arrival. When we had trouble with the TV service not working, he came out right away and got it sorted. We made some good family memories over our stay!

A Great Time in Kemah

My family and I had the BEST time here. The four little ones (10, 6, 6 and 2) cried when we left—they had so much fun. The location is perfect, the sunrise was breathtaking (everyday), and the house was warm and cozy, but also, large and spacious! The host responded within minutes of a text, whenever I had a question. FABULOUS VACATION!

The cabin was awesome. Great tour from Ralph. Fishing was good, dolphins even came to visit mid morning. Pools are great! Plenty of space to put your groceries. Was my wife’s 40 Birthday and said was the best birthday ever. Thank you .

Kemah TX

We traveled down from WI as a three family group of 14. This beautiful house is just as advertised, easily accommodating all of us. The pools were great for enjoying a week in the hot Texas sun. Ralph the caretaker was there at check in to help explain everything and was extremely friendly. Dan’s Pizza and T-Bone Toms are within walking distance and highly recommended. NASA and Astros game were both easy commutes. Good spot to vacation.

Amazing Family/Friend Vacation Home!

We had a large group of family and friends, mixed with all ages. Adults, children, and an infant. This property has a ton of room to be spread out and not feel like you are crowded. Everything was very clean and taken care of. The property manager was a great resource to have during the stay, he answered every call and question we had. Just a short walk to the Kemah Boardwalk plus lots of bars and restaurants. The outside pools and fire pit were perfect for entertaining our large group! Highly recommend this property for your Kemah stay! We had a great time and enjoyed staying at this house!

The BEST Rental in Kemah..... Period!!!!!

I don't know where to start. Mr. & Mrs. Reynolds are Amazing Host, Property is beyond Beautiful! My Wife and I were Celebrating Our 20th Anniversary with a group of 11 Family Members. Home Has EVERYTHING and Very Close to Boardwalk. We Definitely will be back and I recommend Anyone considering Kemah Area to Book with John & Mrs! Adult only family trip

My siblings & our spouses (7 couples) met up here for a reunion & birthday celebration. The Groundd keeper met us at the site, gave us a tour & went over rules. The location of the house was perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk which had rides, restaurants & bars. There was live music most nights. We also spent time swimming, playing pool, playing cards, and fishing. There was plenty of room in the house so even with 14 people it didn't feel crowded. We also did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked.

Perfect for family and friends

This property is the perfect getaway for a large group to come together for fun and relaxation. The grounds are beautifully maintained from front to back. The lush gardens provide you with full privacy. My family and I love to entertain and this house was perfect for that. One of my favorite spots was standing in the kitchen looking out to the pool and bay. We took full advantage of the expansive backyard playing games, and a quick dip in the pool to cool off! The table on the back porch was a perfect spot for late afternoon poker games as the sun was setting! This property was the perfect amount of space for our 13 guests and could have comfortably fit more. I will recommend this property to everyone. We can’t wait for our next stay! Hopefully sometime soon. Cheers!
