"We had a car, but figured out the parking lot nearby and the temporal unloading behind the hotel. The lot was an additional charge but so worth it. Our room was nicely designed, contemporary style and the free breakfast daily was way more than I expected and great! I will return. No complaints!"

"This is an older property…built in 1970. It’s apparent that continual upkeep is happening. The elevators were down to one and This hotel has a lot of charm. The view from the room is fantastic. The pool is amazing and the attentiveness of the beach staff is exceptional. The food is very good in the restaurant and the cocktails are on point. The valet service makes parking easy. Ricky was who we saw most often and he was so kind to offer suggestions and tips for navigating the area. Annie checked us in and welcomed us warmly and Gladys was who we talked to when we checked out and all were friendly and helpful at every opportunity. Would definitely stay at The Reach in the future. "

"Perfect. Near Duval but away from Duval chaos. Ocean view was spectacular."

"Charming little place. Good location close enough to Duvall without the noise. It’s well kept. The staff is very helpful. Smaller issues the bikes while helpful to have on site and cheap to rent all need upgrading. Almost all tires were bald. Also there was no key to unlock exterior door so you had to go through inside each time. "

"Amazing property only outdone by the top notch staff. We have always stayed at the pier house until this trip and after thinking our standards would never be surpassed the hyatt proved us wrong. From the welcome drink, amazing bartenders at the blue mojito, top notch front desk regrading all of our requests, even taking care of our bags and lining taxi's up for our travels home. Thank you for an outstanding stay! "
