"Our check in was very nice, the employee was training a new employee and was doing great, i wish the morning staff was a little more friendly! Came down for a cup of coffee at 730am to find only hot water, when i looked around for someone working no one was around! So i bought coffee at a gas station, what was really off putting was the desk clerk in the morning, she seemed as if she did not want to be there. I needed a new key as i had left mine by accident in the room, when i asked her for a new key she said what room! Made the key and did not even make eye contact! Very unprofessional and rude when i give her the key and said i was checking out i had to say just email my rec! No thank you no have a nice day nothing, i would hate to have your nice property lose business over an employee. Good luck"
