We have stayed at the Pier House in the past and enjoyed it. Over the years, we have tried other Vrbo’s and Hotels, but for us the Pier House is our favorite. The location, people and amenities make it the winner for us! You can’t be anymore centrally located than #1 Duval St.

Plenty to do nearby in walking distance. Pool and beach were very nice. The room itself left a bit to be desired. Roosters woke you up every morning at roughly 5 AM and there were small mites of some kind in and around the bed frame but at least they didn’t seem to get on the mattress.

We loved our location in the spa building especially our outdoor space. The room was large and comfortable. Bedding and pillows great and the bathroom towels fantastic. We loved Susan at the bar by the pool/beach. There were always loungers available with pool attendants to assist. We absolutely loved the location it was in the middle of the action but so quiet on property. We also liked that you can rent bikes, scooters or golf carts directly on property. Truly loved our stay and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The location of the property was great for our visit because we had a couple of excursions from the pier not too far. The property was really nice and we enjoyed having the beach to be able to get in the ocean after a hot day. Food and drinks at the hotel were great. The only complaint I have is in our room there was only 1 tabletop lamp and only one in the sitting area so it was real hard to see when trying to get ready with 4 people. Even the bathroom light wasn’t very bright. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved Pier House! The staff was wonderful, the outside bar and the Chart room were our favorite hang outs, and the private beach was absolutely amazing! The beds are not super comfortable and the walls are quite thin, so we did hear our loud neighbors one night, but I still give this place 5 stars, and we will definitely be staying there again!
