"Great location and view. Only two things preventing me to give 5 stars. 1. We found the thermostat impossible to figure out. It was not intuitive at all. The display was cracked, indicating that others must have been frustrated, too. 2. With a nice large balcony and lake view, why on earth would you not have chairs and a table on the balcony to enjoy it. Very strange. "

There was a very crabby man who seemed to be in charge. He was appropriate and keeping order but could have been much more personable and friendly. He was very rude. "
