Hotel itself is very outdated. Definitely not a four star hotel. The pool and grounds are beautiful but the hotel rooms are dark, old and need serious updating. The shower ceiling was moldy. Towels were old, thin and brown.

Stayed here multiple times. Pool and dining options are a plus. Some entertainment on weekends. Stay here for pet friendly option- washroom and sofa seating needs upgrades. They need to add full size Ironing board and better option to unpack clothes.

This property has a great outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub with nice friendly bar staff to take orders from the pool deck. The lobby area is wonderful and the staff are really nice. The indoor pool is a bit outdated and gawdy so I wouldn't really come here in the winter. The hallway to the rooms has worn carpets. The housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly. The room is a little worn but the bathroom is clean. Most of the towels were spotless. The window in my room has tape on the inside. I would definitely come back in the summer but not in the winter.

Carpets in hallway were dirty not vacuumed. Three days and no towels at the pool. Pool is not managed so kids running diving and just not being watched by parents. Carpet in room was musty smelling. Room was just average not as sold on website.

The rooms didn’t really have a lake view, even though that is what we paid for…the lake is farther in the distance (FYI). Maybe on a higher floor it would be visible, but not on the first (with pets). With pets, they suggested we dine at the pet-friendly poolside Deck Bar which was lovely and had beautiful views. Food was only served there until 5, so they had us order from Turf, who texted us when it was ready and we just brought it to our table. Kudos to the bartender who was a lovely young woman full of personality; she went above and beyond and made our evening exceptional.
