"This is a really lovely apartment, comfortably appointed with many niceties. We stayed here because of its close proximity to Mass General/B&W Faulkner Hospital, where my husband was having major surgery. "My family had a wonderful time staying with our family dog for my son’s college graduation in Boston. Greg was a courteous and most gracious host and we thoroughly enjoyed being all together, lounging on the back porch, cooking and eating family meals, and just hanging out! There was nothing lacking and we would definitely stay again!"

"My sister and my son and I had a great weekend up near Boston at this beautifully furnished colonial home. The host was very friendly and welcoming and the house was updated bright and cheery and beautifully furnished. "We find that renting a house is more economical and comfortable than staying at hotels, and this property did not disappoint. We can for a college graduation, and were able to have a small gathering of friends and family after the graduation. Plenty of space in the house and out in the spacious yard for people to spread out and socialize. Lovely, quiet, comfortable, close to Boston and Waltham."

"The house is awesome. It is very large, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are excellent. The video game system is great. The only limit is the single bathroom can be a struggle for the number of people the house can accommodate. The front door could also be more user friendly. Overall, a great stay. We will come back."

"The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to the Harvard Aboretum and less than 2 miles from the Orange Line. The kitchen was well stocked. We had 2 minor complaints. The twin beds are small and better suited to children rather than adults. The upstairs neighbors walk pretty loudly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay."

"We came to Boston for the marathon and we needed a place to stay that was priced reasonably and had enough space for our family of 6. The kitchen is a great space for a family and has new appliances and everything we needed to make meals. One word of caution, Do NOT go down the stairs in socks.
