    The second floor of a quiet multifamily home in Roslindale Village (02131), with 1,500 square feet and room to actually spread out. Rated 9.6 by guests across 33 reviews.





    The space: three bedrooms with two queen beds, a double and a single, plus a full bed in the sunroom. Two full bathrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortably; up to 8 with an extra guest fee.





    Set up for longer stays: a full kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, stocked with cookware, coffee and pantry basics. In-unit washer and dryer, free to use. Central heating and air conditioning. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workstation with desk and lighting. Two smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video and Disney+.

    Getting around: buses 36, 37 and 51 reach Forest Hills Station on the Orange Line. Roughly 20 minutes by car to Harvard, Cambridge and the North End, and 20 to 25 minutes to MIT, Brookline, downtown Boston and TD Garden.





    Good for: families, visiting academics and professionals, and anyone working remotely in Boston for a few weeks or months.

Sightseeing, visiting friends, and watching baseball. This was a great location. There’s a market and a few restaurants, cafes within walking distance to keep you out of traffic. Outside of traffic, this location was about as good as we could ask for. Renovation was very well done. Had a great stay.

Fabulous Rental in Roslindale

This stay was amazing. We were in town to spend time with my daughter and her family and the place was amazing and it was so easy to work with the owner. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

Great Boston Area Property

Perfect family stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable, and extremely well kept home. The attention to details both big and small (chargers in rooms, power strips thoughout, full soap/shampoo in showers among MANY other things) made this even more convenient and relaxing. Couldn’t be more pleased with our choice to stay here!

Great stay

Great property. It has kitchen staples, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Only thing our family agreed on was very firm mattress in all beds, but tgat is a preference.

Nice and clean place close to all amenities

We had a perfectly good time at the property. All the necessary things needed for a comfortable stay are in the property. Everything was neat and clean and as advertised. The property isn’t too far away from the downtown area either.

Girls weekend

There was a small group of us girls having a weekend away and we could not have been happier with our rental! It was the perfect size and the host/s were more than accommodating. We would absolutely rent here again / recommend to friends & family. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely and only a short drive to downtown Boston!

Post Cruise weekend Getaway

Having returned to Boston after a cruise, stayed over for a long weekend exploring Boston with friends & family. This location was perfect! Beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 3 couples; truly more than met our needs in comfort and style! Within walking distance to public transportation or a quick Uber trip to the city. Would definitely recommend!

Easy & Breezy

Place was perfectly located just a block from a lovely cafe. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, toilet paper, towels, and anything else we could have needed. The owner was very responsive.

Große Wohnung im Grünen

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man als 6-köpfige Familie braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Außerdem ist sie sehr schön gelegen, ruhiges Wohngebiet im Grünen, unweit des Arboretums der Harvard Universität. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man bequem ins Zentrum. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip nach Boston.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the property immensely. After a scary miscommunication the day before our trip (we thought there was a problem with the reservation and were actually instructed to cancel) we had a great time. I suppose the owner had lots of other communication going on but it felt like I was a bother when I asked questions. The property is just as represented and we would recommend it to others.

Boston Marathon Stay

The property was well managed and maintained. There was food and cooking equipment for simple meals which was helpful. The property manager was onsite and communicative. The AC seemed to stay on the warmer side despite trying to set the thermostat lower.

Perfect place

Boston is a maze of crazy streets and small and tall houses. This place turned out to be a lot closer than we had originally thought. It was close enough to downtown for us to easily reach The Freedom Trail within 30 mins even with traffic. The house itself felt like home. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Communication was easy and very responsive. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.
