Large enough to accommodate an extended family, this beautiful 4 bedroom, newly renovated in 2017, townhouse is right in the heart of Southie. This is a 3rd floor unit that has 2 levels. The unit has surround sound stereo, free WiFi and cable.

1st Floor has open concept living area, beautiful bright kitchen, living area with tv and queen sleeper sofa, video monitor for front door and printer/scanner/fax machine. 2 bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking Sweeney playground (park featured in the Movie Good Will Hunting!), and 1.5 bath.

2nd floor has a full bath with large walk in shower, master bedroom with Queen bed and a Large Master closet. **Note: sofa in pic is no longer in master bedroom**. The second bedroom, which is a "loft style" room, has a Queen bed, views of the city and a TV.

Steps away from public transportation and Broadway. Walking distance to Seaport District and Downtown Boston. A car is not needed as there is plenty of public transportation and everything is so close. If you do have a car, we offer free parking for 1 vehicle.

Wonderful Place to Stay!
We traveled to Boston to see our son graduate from BC. We have stayed in the area many times over his 4 years. This location was wonderful with great restaurants and easy access to the city. The free parking was definitely a perk we enjoyed too! The property manager, Jack, was very responsive and made the stay fantastic with all the perks of home. Thanks so much for a great place to lay our heads.

We can't say enough positive things about this rental! The place was lovely, clean, warm & inviting, and felt like home away from home! The whole place is so cute and comfy, from the complimentary drinks to the peaceful bedrooms. Everyone, from Grandma to the Graduate, loved being able to spend time together. Great value--very responsive host
Our extended family (5 adults and 3 children) enjoyed a long weekend in this condo. The listing was accurate regarding space, bedrooms and location. Unit was a 1/2 mile walk to the nearest T station. The host was VERY responsive with answers to questions and special requests. I felt he made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. The fridge was stocked with cold water and soda, there were extra towels/linens, and all items that we needed were available to us. There was a great public playground directly next door to the unit. The unit was on a side street, in a seemingly quiet building, so we didn't have any issues with noise. As the listing indicates, this is a third floor walkup unit. Perfect home-base for our weekend of exploring and sight-seeing around Boston.

Fabulous place to stay!
We had a group of 7 adults that stayed over the 4th of July. This condo was fabulous with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Location was perfect for a short uber ride to wherever you wanted to go. Also many walkable options from the condo. Our first visit to Boston was amazing and the location and quality of this condo made it especially wonderful. Jack was a super host and available for any questions with super quick response time.

Great Boston Stay!
This property was a great find. We were a family of 6 adults. The location was close to the airport and just a few blocks from public transit. Having a place to park our Suburban was a big plus. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only small issue was the beds could have used another blanket. Would highly recommend this location for your Boston visit!

We had a great time and it was a comfortable stay at this unit. There were some drinks provided (water, soda, coffee) and that was a nice touch. It was very handy to have one parking spot onsite. Everything was clean and the kitchen & bathrooms are updated. The only aspect that got 4 stars rather than 5 is the rating for accuracy... the listing says 5 bedrooms but there are really 4 bedrooms (one bed in each) and a double-size sleeper sofa in the living room. And one of those 4 bedrooms has a moveable/standing privacy screen instead of a door. We were fine with this set-up but it could be an issue for others if privacy is a concern so thought it's worth mentioning. Overall, it was a really good stay. I'd stay again and would recommend this place to others.

Great neighborhood and area.
Enjoyed our stay here in Boston. Check in process was easy and Jack was very responsive to questions. I had some confusion about where to park because I couldn’t find the information on the listing info but Jack responded immediately to my call even though it was late at night. Keep in mind this is a 3rd story walk up and a narrow staircase when packing. Thank you so much for letting us stay here!

A perfect place to stay for a group of girls. The four large beds and three bathrooms really helped. The house was very well stocked and had everything we needed from snacks, coffee and extra water.
