The staff was super friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. The community at this hotel is not like any other hotel I've been to. Overall this place was a 10 out of 10 and next time I come to Madrid, I'll definitely be staying here again.

I had a great stay at the social hub, it's a very friendly environment, good option for breakfast and for a quick bite. A nice terrace bar on the 4th floor. The environment is comfortable and relaxed. The staff at reception and café were great. I will stay again next time I go to Madrid.

The hotel was an easy, relaxing place to stay, especially for non-Spanish speakers. There is an emphasis on “social,” fun and a relaxed working environment. The bed was very comfortable. My one complaint is that the bathroom was way to dark, making it nearly impossible to apply makeup or shave with a razor blade.

Good comfortable stay
Good, clean, comfortable stay. Location is on a main road, but there was no noise, but if you like total quietness ask for a room away from the bar!

Generally the hotel was great however the bathroom configuration was not ideal - the sink was in the bedroom and not the bathroom, and without a shower screen, the bathroom would tend to flood when having a shower.

This is hands-down one of my favorite hotels of all time, and I am a frequent world traveler. The environment is welcoming, the company is clearly and strongly committed to sustainability, and every single staff member we interacted with was top-notch. LOVED the breakfast buffet, the awesome rooms, the work/play spaces, and the roofdeck pool.
