The property boasts an open kitchen floor plan, full size appliances to include fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The living room features a smart tv, tile floors, and plenty of seating. Bedroom 1 features an in suite full bathroom, smart tv, queen bed, and a pull out sleeper sofa. Full bathroom has walk in shower, double vanities, and tile floors. Bedroom 2 features smart tv, full bunk beds and an additional queen bed. Bedroom 2 has direct access to back porch sitting area. There is a two car garage for your use as well as a private driveway. The crystal clear waters of the Gulf are located just about 5-10 mins drive time from this property. Plenty of shopping, dining, and activities all within 2-3 mile radius.

Good property
This was a great place to stay for my visit to the area. Close to beaches and stores. Perfect for visiting family that are stationed on Hulbert air force base. Would stay here again.

Great place.
We had a wonderful stay at this place! code didn't work when we got there but it was very easy to get ahold of Tiffany and she was quick to help. Beds were comfortable and space was perfect for our party size. The location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding in niceville and it wasn't too far to the beach or other activities we did while in the area. Make sure you bring toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap if you are staying longer than a few days. Overall a nice place to stay.

The trash cans was full before we got there and it had the garage stinking. When I opened the door it made the whole house stink. I also wasn't told about the bears.

Do not stay here
We deported on one full day early because it was so terrible. There was marijuana and a park in the garage. Roaches were in the garage by the washer and dryer. None of the plug-ins work in the room with only one bed. The neighborhood was absolutely terrible. The neighbor was up at 8 AM every single morning doing. I’m not sure what but it sounds like a jackhammer going off every single morning at the same time all day every day. I tried to reach out to my host Tiffany and explain my issues and concerns, and she has still never replied. There was black hair all over the floor in the bathrooms. Believe me when I say you get what you pay for. I will never stay here again, nor book with Spence properties again.

This was a gem outside of the main city of Destin .
The property was outside of Destin but yet it was close to everything we needed. It was very clean and convinent, (the sizes of the beds are deceiving from the pictures but they still was comfortable). The property management team was help and assisted when needed.
