"We always love to stay 21C in Durham. The only thing that is a bit of task...is parking. We always chose to park our own car in a nearby Parking Deck that is free on the weekends. The lighting in the room we recently stayed in was very dark. I couldn't see anything in the bathroom or entry. That needs to be improved! The rooms have always been super clean in the past, yet this visit the room was a bit dusty and you could tell that all the surfaces had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was also a puddle of 'water' outside our door in the hallway upon returning to the room one night. We have no idea where it came from...and we mopped it up and it reappeared, so we contacted the front desk."

"Stayed 2 nights to do research at Duke University, clean and quiet. Offered shuttle to medical center and VA. Only suggestion is offering transportation to other areas of Duke. We were able to walk the mile or so to the library. Excellent price was a big plus."
