"Our stay was one of the best we have had. Staff were welcoming and thoughtful. The hotel has a very calm environment, which is a great place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The property had good facilities and was not too crowded overall. The pool and spa facilites were the highlight for us as that is what we wanted for this trip. We had a preimum room with graden view, very spacious. Even though we messaged beforehand regarding out dietary requirements. Communicating these with the staff was difficult, chef didn't come out to speak with us, level of english is very low for this level of hotel. They got our requirements wrong twice. Our food choices were very limited and disappointing.

"TL;DR: this Riad is the perfect balance of luxury, cost, location, service. Highly recommend. This Riad has only been open for 4 months at the time we stayed and it’s clear they’ll be on some top 10 lists soon. The staff is super attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself is even nicer, with one of the more prettier courtyards. There are plenty of spots for pictures. The location is great for the price. We stayed for 1 night before getting up for a Sahara tour the next day. They made us little to-go breakfasts that were amazing and adorable. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer for the spa and a multi-day experience."

"Riad Charme d’Orient was a calm and beautiful oasis in the middle of a bustling area. The staff went above and beyond at all times. We ate amazing breakfasts and dinner on the lush and quiet roof deck, and even experienced a luxurious massage. The Riad is walking distance to countless sites, restaurants and souks as well as Jemaa el-Fnaa. The overall decor and cleanliness was exceptional. Highly recommend!"

"The property was really excellent and unique. The staff were super friendly and genuinely caring The area around was extremely interesting and buzzing and very safe. We were very happy to have picked a Riad instead of a hotel further out of the Kasbah. The food in the different restaurants was amazingly good, great tasting and good value."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a boutique-style hotel in the vibrant city of Marrakesh, Morocco. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professional and welcoming staff. The hotel's interior design was a perfect blend of modern and traditional Moroccan elements, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. "Une escapade inoubliable au Jaal Riad Resort ! Notre séjour dans ce havre de paix a été tout simplement magique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel attentionné et souriant. L'architecture traditionnelle marocaine et le décor somptueux nous ont transportés dans un autre monde. Les chambres étaient luxueuses, confortables et décorées avec goût, offrant une vue imprenable sur la vue panoramique et la grande piscine. Nous avons également eu la chance de profiter des délices culinaires proposés par le restaurant de l'hôtel Le CAT mettant en valeur leurs goût de service et les saveurs exquises de la cuisine locale. Les moments de détente au bord de la piscine ou dans le spa ont ajouté une touche de bien-être à notre séjour.
