Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. Wonderful Gem
I’m hesitant to say how great I think this location is, because the more people who find this GEM might make it unavailable for our next visit. We absolutely love this place. So close to the beach we never miss a sunrise! Unusually secluded for being in the middle of everything you could need. Melbourne beach is so nice. The local stores are operated by such friendly people. The team who take care of the property and visitors have been very good. Can’t wait until our next visit!

Exactly what I wanted in a Fla vacation! Not touristy. No high-rises. Quiet. Nice sun patio for windy days. Gourmet market within 100 yards. Beach access within 300 yards. Independent and reasonable restaurants between the two. Bonus: witnessed 2 launches from Canaveral. Will definitely return.

The apartment was clean and quiet. We loved that we could walk to the beach to see the sun rise and the river to see the sun set. There were also several restaurants and a food market that were within walking distance as well. An all round great location to drive to many other attractions.

Great location
We stayed there for a funeral. After coming back from the service we discovered that the A/C wasn't working. The owner sent out a repairman but the part had to be ordered. The owner gave us a fair discount. Other than this hiccup, the place was great, private and quiet. The location is excellent, close to beach, grocery, and restaurants.

Perfect location
This was our first time to Melbourne Beach for a weekend getaway! This unit was very clean and well appointed and so convenient to the beach, only 1 block, maybe less. The Melbourne Beach Market was directly across the street and has everything you need and there are nice restaurants within a short walking distance as well. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect unit for a couple!

First and foremost, the proximity to the beach is unmatched. Just a stone's throw away from the shoreline, we were able to easily indulge in hours of sun-soaked relaxation and endless waves. The convenience of being able to walk between the beach within minutes was simply unbeatable. The property itself left no stone unturned when it came to providing all the necessary amenities. Oceanpoint truly catered to our every need, even ensuring we had a extra supply of beach towels readily available. The attention to detail, such as this, exemplified the thoughtfulness of the property owners in creating a well-rounded vacation experience. Beyond the beachside perks, Oceanpoint provided ample comfort and convenience. The accommodations were clean, modern, and tastefully furnished. Oceanpoint hosts provided clear instructions for operating electronics, where to find items and even provided local recommendations for restaurants within walking distance to the beach. If you’re looking for a little getaway for the weekend, I would highly recommend this place.

Although everything looked nice and surfaces were clean, Cat and dog hair were all over the floors. I’m allergic to that so I was struggling the whole time and I left with a terrible rash. I did tell manager my complaint upon leaving, and the owner did say if I had let them know when I first came, they would have sent someone out to clean it.

The property manager Ken was very accommodating, allowing us to bring our two large dogs and allowing us to check in early to accommodate plans! The property was exactly as listed and was very clean on arrival. It is a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. There is a market and diner across the street. An excellent place to stay if you’re looking for a beach vacation. We visit Melbourne often to see family and will definitely be back!

Super cute, clean and easy access to both ocean and river. All walkable! Wonderful mom and pop neighborhood market and restaurants across the street. All such friendly people. Ken was very quick to respond and help when we locked ourselves out! His place has been fully remodeled, tiled, large walk in shower, front and back deck, 2 washers and dryers (so handy), king bed and start up paper products! Comfortable and cute!
