A true oasis, the home's backyard is shaded by banyan trees and features a grilling station, a firepit, and plenty of entertaining yard games.

When you want to explore Melbourne Beach, take a quick walk and discover the city's popular beach and pier - the perfect spot to fish, sunbathe, splash, and play sand volleyball. The city park's playground, pavilion, and tennis courts are ideal for sunny afternoons. Whereas numerous ice cream parlors, restaurants, boutiques, and rental stores ensure your every craving is met.

When you need a break from the sun, head for the well-updated interior of Sunset Hideaway. The spacious living room boasts an 85-inch HD TV equipped with cable and streaming services and comfortable seating. Steps away, the full kitchen gleams with its stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and separate coffee station. When mealtime rolls around, dine at the massive dining table (the perfect space for family board game nights).

Unique and inviting, the home's four bedrooms all come adorned in a different nautical theme. The primary flamingo bedroom boasts its own en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and extra closet space, whereas the turtle-themed bedroom comes complete with pool views. The jellyfish room also showcases pool views and the "Under the Sea" room will delight the kids with its glow-in-the-dark murals. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and beach gear.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
