"MaryAnn, desk clerk was very friendly, informative of accommodations. Breakfast was great to start day, Omelets made fresh. However, the hotel keycard system desperately needs resolving, frustrating. Whenever returning to room the room keycards would not work. Each time had to go back to front desk [which was in different Bldg across courtyard] for new room cards, final day the afternoon clerk came up to room with new keys, and had problem herself. Very inconvenient experience. "
