"I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024."
