Loved every single part of the hotel. Check in was simple and fast. The whole crew was super welcoming, cheers up to Domenica Restaurant team. Great drinks and delicious food. Super excited to visit the rooftop opening soon. The hotel is 10/10, from location, architecture all the way to the service. Highly recommended. Grazie 21 House of Stories Navigli!

Great location and hotel, the overall service was very good, especially from the reception & evening restaurant manager Valentina. The service at breakfast was poor, the breakfast restaurant manager was rude and arrogant.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Everything from the rooftop pool, the breakfast and the staff will go above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible. If you’re celebrating something special let them know! Nothing against the hotel at all, but our cab driver warned us that the area wasn’t safe to go out late at night. We had dinner just down the street so it wasn’t a problem but I think it’s good for people to know.

Amazing place
Simply amazing! New hotel, cool staff, awesome rooftop pool and bar, close to tram and restaurants. We were with a toddler. They provided separate towels slippers and even soap :) The oooonly thing i can say is the noise! As there are places open late and hard to fall asleep for toddler and you. They give earplugs which is sweet tho.
