No place to sit and drink the wine that was offered to incoming guests; very slow elevator; breakfast delivered to room, with difficult seating arrangements to try and eat; neighborhood not at all inviting; staff was very helpful and willing, but the setting is too difficult for them to manage; we left after one night

Charli & Luke at reception were fantastic & couldn’t have asked for a better location in the heart of Old Montreal. Great dining just around the corner at Le Polisson, Stash Cafe & others among our favorites. Room size, storage & shower were excellent. But 2 things need improving: Especially the breakfast outside the door every morning. And the TV options.

My stay at Hotel Bonaparte was absolutely wonderful. The facility is lovely, the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was excellent in both the hotel and the accompany restaurant. I will be staying here the next time I am in Montreal.

Hotel Bonaparte and staff provided my wife and I with an overall excellent experience. Everything about this hotel, reception/foyer area, bedrooms, restaurant oozes class but what compliments this is the amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Whilst at the hotel, treat yourself to an incredible gourmet experience at its wonderful restaurant. Beautiful ambience with impeccable service. George, our maître d', looked after us and helped towards making our visit to the restaurant, quite a special occasion.

This boutique hotel was just lovely. The restaurant staff was wonderfully attentive. The meals were absolutely fantastic. It would have been nice to have a cocktail before dinner but the bar area wasn’t open until 5:30 when the restaurant opened. I would definitely stay at Hotel Bonaparte again - without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Bonaparte! Our room was lovely, clean and quiet with a very nice breakfast at our door every morning. The bar and restaurant had amazing choices and the location was incredible, nestled into Old Montreal with so many shops, restaurants and museums within a few blocks. We will definitely come back to the Hotel Bonaparte again!

Beautiful room tastefully decorated. Everyone was impressed by the size and the cleanness of the double size bedroom. Walking distance from local restaurants and Old Montreal attractions. Breakfast was delivered by room service. I definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Hôtel Bonaparte. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived, greeting us with a glass of prosecco and explaining our location relative to various sites in Old Montreal. They also accommodated my wife's gluten sensitivity by providing a gluten-free option for the delicious breakfast boxes we received every morning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and the rainfall/waterfall shower was very luxurious. Hôtel Bonaparte is conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants, as well as the Place d'Armes Metro station. We strongly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again in the future!

My room was so adorable! Having breakfast delivered to my door was such a nice touch. The location is a 5-6 min walk to a Metro Station. So many variety of cafe & restaurants …good close walking distance to Notre Dame Basilica. The French style restaurant downstairs was fabulous. I had a nice view of cobble streets & brick on one of the wall. Also has French style windows. The staff were so wonderful & they remembered it was my birthday. This hotel is so quaint & has a lot of character. Highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed. I have nothing negative to say so definitely stay here.

This is an affordable Hotel that feels luxurious in a prime location in the Heart of Old Montreal. The staff is very welcoming! Breakfast pastries delivered to your door every morning for an easy breakfast in bed. Very accommodating for allergies. The rooms are very spacious that come with all the amenities you can ask for. They even had umbrellas! Would highly recommended to friends and Family and would stay again when we return to Montreal.
