Do not waste your money here. Incredibly overpriced for what you get, the pods don't even close all the way. The bedsheets and towels have weird stains, and there is only one single stall bathroom for all the pods. The shower has really bad water pressure and it takes 10 to 15 mins for it to start warming up. They don't even tell you that you need your own locks for the lockers and it's in a dark basement. The pictures are very deceiving, this place does not feel safe and very overpriced for what you get.

The doors to the pods only close halfway and don’t lock. There are lockers, but locks are not provided. Luckily there was a dollar store nearby. There was no hot water for showers, and only 1 toilet for the whole floor. Take your money somewhere else. Not worth it.

I tried to check in and no one was responding. I stood in front of the door for 30 min before deciding to go somewhere else. Highly inconvenient and zero client service. I recommend going to the Alt Hostel just a few steps away if you are looking for great accommodations.

Bon endroit pour dépannage, Check out pas bien clair. aucune personne avec qui parler. J'ai apprécié la petite capsule avec télé. la seule mauvaise chose c'est l'odeur dans la chambre, surtout des souliers, il faut trouver une solution pour cela.

The hostel is very dimly lit, and it was near impossible to find an attendant after checking in, but it was a great value in a great location, and I never felt unsafe

The location is IDEAL and the price was reasonable, but that is where the good things end. I only needed one night, so it was worth it, but the property is super creepy. You check in with a screen rather than a person. Eventually a person appeared, and tried to be helpful, but he didn't know anything about parking (use a pay lot) and dressed and acted more like the guy at 7/11 than a hotel clerk. The craziest thing about this guy is that because there is no check-in desk, he spends his time curled up in a chair in the back of the dark downstairs hall playing video games on his phone. The pods are in a dark basement with almost no ventilation. It smells musty and the halls and like b.o. in the pod room. There is 1 single-stall bathroom for all the pods. There is a kitchen with a fridge (which was nice), but the counters were sticky and the garbage was overflowing. I will say that the pods were clean and each pod was also provided with a nice locker. I didn't know to bring a lock, so the locker was useless for secure storage. Instead I left my bag in my pod when I went out. It turned out ok, but made me nervous. The pods do not lock and in fact don't even close. You just cover the opening with a pull-down shade. You can hear everyone else in the pod room (maybe ten pods?) and in the hall where it was loud until after midnight. This opening is the only ventilation in the pod, so it got hot at night. There is key code door, but it had to be propped for ventilation, so not secure.

Cheap… but noisy throughout the night with 10 pods to a room. Some guests left dirty pots, pans and dishes in the kitchen. By night, there were no towels left in the shower. Many times there was no one to assist in any way.

Had some difficulty checking in late in the evening and the checkin was done remotely, the intercom line got cut more than once and spoke to a few reps when I called right back to try to get in.. The pod was a bit stuffy and I could not close the door to our pod so there was no privacy.

Do not stay here. What they don't mention in the description is that the pod door only closes about 2/3 of the way and doesn't lock. I've stayed in pod hotels before so I knew what to expect but I've never encountered one where you were expected to sleep in a room with strangers without a locking door. It was also very dirty, the room smelled like feet, the "lockers" provided had no locks, and the hallway to the dorms was so dimly lit I felt like I was in a horror movie. Also when I went to leave the dorm the door handle fell off in my hand. The girl working was very nice and understanding but she seemed very confused about why I was there and didn't seem surprised at all when I said I wouldn't be staying due to the pod not closing or locking. The vibes were overall extremely bizarre. Great location though right in the heart of Old Port so I'll give em that!
