stay away absolutely!Posted Jul 4, 2012
This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The mattress of the bed is in very bad conditions and I can see lots of other persons' hairs left on the sheet. The whole room is poorly maintained. The air conditioner is not installed properly, because they simply use a plastic plate instead of glass for the windows. Thus there are lots of traffic noise, because the plastic window is not soundproof. The curtain is too small to cover the window, so you will be wakened by the sunshine in the early morning even if you want to sleep longer. The wifi signal is so weak that I can not even open an entire webpage. If you unluckly have to stay at this hotel, you have to check in before around 6, because the front desk will be closed at that time. It is a not a three-star hotel as specified in Expedia. I feel very disappointed!

This place is a dumpPosted Jun 24, 2012
Pros: Nothing, it's not a hotel
Cons: Everything. It's a dump
This place wasn't even a hotel. I was under the understanding that it was a 3 star hotel with comparisons made to raddison and quality inns made by expedia, this place wasn't even a 1 star place. First of all there wasn't a front desk, there was an office where remnants paid rent, apparently this was an apartment building with a few random rooms for short stays. There were no towels, no blankets, one role of toilet paper, the bed was broken and tiles were falling off the ceiling in the bathroom. When we went to check out there was nobody there at 830 am. This place was a hole, expedia is way off on 3 star rating and I am expecting a full refund from expedia. Do not stay here ever. I have pictures to back up everything I said. If this is how all of expedias 3 star hotels are, don't stay at any them.

Stay away - far away!Posted Jun 22, 2012
This is NOT a hotel. Listed as 3 stars on Expedia, but the sign outside clearly stated 2 stars. The place is filthy and is more like a dorm, loud music, beer bottles in the hall and room complete with a mattress on the floor! There is no reception area. The key I was given did not work and I had wait outside for over an hour until finally someone came out of the building. No a/c. Expedia should not list this as a hotel! This is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Worse place everPosted Sep 8, 2011
Worse hotel I have ever stayed at, had to leave after 1 night, old sheets on bed, not a complete set, pillows old and flat, dirty looking towels, no face clothes, 1 hand and 1 bath towel only. No glasses or cups in room. Defitinely not a 3 star hotel. This Hotel is more of a university dorm, they advertise apartments for rent. Paid for 3 nights only stayed 1 night, no personel on duty when we arrived, room left open. Manager was of no help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Could have been worsePosted Aug 15, 2011
I got this deal though one of the unpublished deals and this is definitely not a 3 star hotel by my standards. I would say its closer to 2 stars at best. But Montreal star rating for the hotels seems to be different then the rest of Canada. The staff spoke English so communication wasn't an issue. The place is an apt building that just happens to rent out rooms on occasions. The place is a mixture of long and short term visitors. I ended up getting a full condo suite which had a full kitchen which is handy to have a fridge. There was a single a/c unit in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom so the hot Montreal nights were quite unconformable. The remote for the TV did not have any batteries which was a major annoyance. The location is nice as its fairly close to shopping and a number of good restaurants but I wish I would have spent a little more for a nicer hotel with proper a/c.
