Room didn’t get look like the pictures I was shown on expida. I was in what looked like the old section with tiny rooms.

This Hotel was absolutely terrible right from check in to showering the next morning. on arrival later in the evening. we were greeted by this haggered looking man with a grey mohawk cut who could barely speak English. He advised us that we were in two double beds where as we had booked a King sized suite. I told him and showed him the confirmation letter that we had from Expedia, he said that in his system it was booked as two doubles to which i replied i guess Quality Inn will have to take that up with Expedia. He did eventually give us a King bed but certainly not a suite!!!! I'm sure that it was quite likely the worst room in the hotel. In the morning when i shower the plumbing drains chrome pieces were all rusting....Terrible. My only positive was the older gentleman that provided the shuttle to us was quite nice and friendly. Will never stay at this property again

It was truly awful. There was kids playing hockey in the hallway for multiple hours. When the room was booked, we gave the information that we were taking a plane early in the morning and we wanted to sleep early. The staff didn't cared about our request to deal with the situation! Pay a higher price but buy yourself piece of mind and go to another hotel. Biggest mistake to start a travel of two weeks abroad.

Liked comfy bed,pillows and it was clean.Also appreciated the shuttle to and from airport and getting a waterbottle at breakfast(that was a huge plus). No bathroom towel racks Children makng loud noises in hall on and off from 3am to 7am

The staff are amazing. The hallways smell. Maybe it’s the rugs? They seem dirty. The rooms were fine! Clean and comfortable.

Clean. Renovated. Friendly & helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Convenient shuttle. Just the area around the hotel is a bit run down, but not unsafe. Not a problem for an airport hotel.

The property is being renovated...the bathroom is quite nice and the work to date looks really nice. Excellent ground transportation to airport and trsin station.

I like that they have flooring rather than carpets. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only concern was that my room faced out onto other apartment/houses and I was unable to completely close curtains for total privacy. I arrived after midnight and the front desk was very accommodating. It is a basic hotel but for the price it was just what I needed. I would book again.
