Our room itself was clean, the ceiling on the other hand was disgusting. The water for the shower and sink were warm at best and inside the hotel lobby and halls were probably 60° or less. Staff was friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel could use repairs and a great floor to ceiling clean.

This hotel is in a perfect location for our business trips. I used to stay here all the time. I have no complaints about the hotel. My only suggestion is that the manager needs to learn how to be welcoming. Also be courteous when a customer asks for a copy of the receipt at the time of check in.

Don’t spend your money

The best thing about this room was the TV. Shower moldy. Very unclean. Bed was so squeaky. Just turning over sounded like it was falling apart. No phone in the room.When I arrived the front desk was unattended. Called the hotel 3 times. Finally a guy showed up. Ran my card. Paid for 3 nights. When I checked out (auto check out link was broken) they charged me again for 3 nights.

I liked that I was accommodated and was able to switch rooms when the TV was not working; I also like how the rooms I put under my name were arranged to be near each other. I did not like that there was no elevators I wasn’t aware of that or that there was no breakfast served.

Not a bad place to stay. Fairly clean but bathtub area had tiles missing and bedside light switch not working. Had to unscrew bulb to turn off. Fairly quiet and bed very comfortable. Needed more help so no breakfast offered even though was advertised on site I saw.

No one was at the desk to check us in . We had to call the number multiple times before anyone came. Waited over 15 minutes. The advertised breakfast was not available and the pool was not open. Not good when its 90 degrees. The room was fine and it was quiet, so those are a plus. It's an olderDays Inn that could use a little TLC, but not bad for the price.

Convenient location was good... the room itself wasn't very clean though. Looked like it had been wiped down with little effort! Also, there was a room deposit that was unexpected!! When I booked the room, I asked for a total including taxes,fees, and all charges! Then I find out, at check-in, there's a deposit required!! I doubt I'll stay at this particular property again!

Mediocre at best

On arrival the staff computer systems were barely functional. The floor in our room felt dirty, the pool wasn’t available. The fitness center was filthy. Off the front desk was a “ballroom” I think. That looked abandoned and as if out of a zombie movie. The room we initially had a lock under repair that took three trips back down to the front desk only to be given a new room. That being said the only staff person we ever saw was very pleasant and helpful.

The place was absolutely filthy inside and out. Outside trash cans were over flowing with trash and cigarette butts all over. My first room had dirty linens, lights didn't work, tv didn't work. Moved to second room. The room was covered in mold. Third room was ok. Floors were dirty leaving socks black. No safety lock inside the door, broken, and adjoining room door safety lock was broken. I booked the room for location convenience and the fact that it had a pool and served breakfast. Both pool and breakfast were not available.

Roaches in the room. Broken windows. Poop residue on toilets. Mold. Advertises pool and breakfast but when arrived those things were not available and they wouldn’t allow a refund. Other guests leaving the outside doors open with a rock which is so unsafe. Phone didn’t have a plug and didn’t work. Microwave barely worked. The tv was unplugged along with all of the lamps for some reason. Toilets didn’t flush all the way. Had a bad odor in the room. Not happy at all. I want a refund considering the whole reason we wanted to stay there was because of the movie theatre being close by and the pool so my nephew could swim. It’s a shame that I booked and paid online because if I would’ve drove there to book the room I would’ve walked right back out.

The place is clean and the woman at the desk was very nice. The room was great, just needs a bit of work on having a stopper in the bathtub but otherwise it was great. TV worked and the AC was perfect. I got locked out of my room with my granddaughter and a staff saw me and let me in. They are very nice there. My son stays there whenever he is in North Carolina.

The worst hotel stay ever! I spent 3 nights, there was a person when I checked in but never saw another staff person the entire stay. No one cleaned my room, I never even saw cleaning staff in the hall. It was a ghost hotel. Then the morning I left someone had left an obscene object on my car. Seriously, this place should be closed.

The hotel was clean and staff were very nice. Only regret is the pool was not open. It will be interesting to see what the place looks like once renovations are complete. Will definitely stay here again.
