"The staff is truly wonderful and accommodating. The rooms all have full kitchens with dishwashers and stovetops; some even with full ovens and fireplaces. They have a cute fire pit and corn hole outdoors. "

"Very nice property. We paid for parking per the desk clerk but found out next day they do not charge for parking if you are taking part in an event (there for a wedding). Was told by clerk they would reverse charges. That was a week ago - it has not happened yet. "

"Hyatt Place Raleigh Durham Airport is a well maintained hotel. Check in was a breeze. The staff was considerate and made sure to answer any questions."

"The hotel is very close to the airport and offers shuttle services. Staff is very friendly. The only negative is that the shuttle does not come to the airport unless called. Which might be a problem if you are not from the US and you are not prepared for this. I had to pay 13CAN for roaming charges just for a 1min call...."

"Here’s the one good thing: the bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains blocked all the light and enough of the airplane noise that I had a good night of sleep. The rest was pretty poor: no dining facilities, no bar, pool closed even though the temperature was above 80. No breakfast. No easily and safely accessible restaurant if you don’t have a car. About as barebones as you can get and still call it a hotel."
