"the view was beautiful and the cabin itself was so adorable spacious comfy beds, stocked cabinets from A to z, games, nicknacks, etc the cabin felt like home. the hosts were amazing from booking, to staying to leaving. they even gave us extra time for checkout because others werent coming til later that day. they responded quickly and even brought aarowheads they found to give to us. we couldnt have asked for a better memorial day weekend to celebrate my brothers 40th birthday at this beautiful cabin i definitly recommend staying at The Bears Den: 5 stars"

"I rented this as a mental health get away! Just me and my dog! It was great! Perfect! I did see where they recommended don't bring big dogs! I brought my 130 lb rottweiler and he did fine but if your pup sleeps with you they won't be able to in this cabin! Also the climb down in the description is real! I have a AWD and was able to do it fine but also the last night it rained and I parked it up top just to be in the safe side! This was the perfect get away! We took a trip into N. Carolina in the Pisga National forest which was only 25 miles away! This was so worth every penny!!! We will return every year we have decided!!! The host answers and questions I asked which were very limited because there were no issues!!!"
