Pros: the location
Cons: the internet and bathroom sanitation
Location: didnt do anything Ieft at 3 in the morning
checkin was smooth I had to ask for a room change as the king room I got was right by the street didnt like that the new I now had to wait at least 2hrs for the new room which I got about 7pm or minutes to 7 the new room at the bottom of hallway could not get internet service also the toilet wreaked of urine. I was not very comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before this one was not good. Not satisfied

At least one hour in the train from manhattan!

Poor general condition Far from manhattan At least 2 miles from closest subway station, but close to train station which connects with subway, but double the charges! Fair breakfast, and the best thing is that you get a free parking.

My holiday was fantastic however my stay at this hotel was totally horrible. Staff have not customer service. Rooms are dirty, we had to change rooms 4 times in the space of 3 days which caused us to lose stuff due to the constant moving around. I incurred an injury to my back caused by the mattress which I complained about. The mattress was put on another bed and the mattress which was on that bed was put ours. Which means some other poor soul will incur the same problem. Bath was left really dirty called housekeeping who scrubbed the bath for approximately 7 minutes and that was with a brush. Police came by the hotel about 6 times through our stay. It just goes to show that type of people that stay there on a normal basis. Even if you are going to stay here please do not take the kids here it is not an environment for them to be in. The hotel to be vetted and all the workers.

The hotel is not worth.the money. When I left my room, I walked into police arresting a man in my hallway. The neighborhood surrounding hotel is low-income and and crowded.

Horrible hotel

Had to change rooms as soon as I arrived as the curtains were wripped and a there was a big neon sign at the window. Got to the second room, which had a questionnable bathroom in terms of cleanliness, a broken night stand but when I attemped to get in bed, i discovered hair on the bed and on the pillow case. I immediately proceeded with calling the front desk to find out that the phone did not work. I called with my cell and demanded fresh sheets. Had to wait 30 minutes!! Unfortunately for me, it was late and i had a very early flight in the morning. At that point I only wanted fresh sheets to sleep. Finally had a clean bed. Got up early in the am, took a shower and went to use the hairdryer and it was broken. It was 7 degrees outside! I needed to dry my hair!!! Had to call the front desk with my cell phone again! To make up for all my bad experiences from the night before, i had been promised a little breakfast snack pack before i left for the airport and needless to say... Nothing!!! The poor man at the reception got more than what he had bargained for from me!!!! A Horrible Experience overall. Never again!!

This is a motel, I ask for a hotel

Cons: Change the rugs, change the name, lower the rates.
Location: Nothing of my interest.
Very bad experience, I was with my family and some people was renting this place for a few hours only. The place in not clean at all, the food is poor. I ask for a refund to leave the hotel but was not possible. Please do not use Howard Johnson Inn for this location. The price was very expensive for the place
