The sheets was unchanged... and a smoking room

The staff of the hotel was not really helpfull and welcoming But the worse thing was the room. I asked for a non smoking room at the desk because I made a mistake with my booking and it smells smoke. AND sheets was not changed. Terrible I slept on the bed on my beach towel... I don't recommend this hotel at noone. The breakfast was almost good.

Cons: smell in the lobby could be more inviting
relatively cheap, available for short stay, good location (close to jfk, bus, train), very helpful and pleasant staff, nice breakfast, clean room, comfy bed.. id stay there again.

Average hotel fairly close to JFK

This was a decent hotel to flop down in after getting off a flight at JFK, but no more than that. It's about a 15 minute drive from the airport. Our room was noisy - it's right by a train line - and inside it was pretty outdated.

The things is all the hotel staff and all are like really helpful and are ready help if you you are looking for a hotel in average price and want to have good value for money this will be your best choice room and bathroom are really clean with all the facilities one want it's here!!!! Really happy with the service and hotel and above all instead of being close to street and railway line it's really calm Bcz of air tight windows!!

The hotel is well situated. Clean & comfortable room.The only negative point is that the WIFI connection doesnt work everywhere in the room. You have to stand close to the corridor to get a good signal.

Pros: -location right across from the queens village Long Island railroad stop -free wifi -refrigerator in room -flat screen tv Cons: -sketchy clientele -Pot smell in hallways -area a little shady -loud for the light sleeper -hotel furniture; dated, stained and ripped -price too expensive for what you get

Pros: Staff reacted quickly when i complained about the noise.
Cons: Cleanliness and curtains.
Location: Absolutely nothing....Queens village isn't a pleasant place.
Queens village isn't a pleasant neighbourhood of Queens....plus you have to take the train daily to go to NYC and not the subway...so almost 20 dollars only to get in and out of the neighbourhood. Very poor breakfast and unpleasant smells due to uncleanliness....i had a problem with the noise since you can hear your neighbours TV if high, and the curtains don't cover the windows entirely, that was another problem at night since there are a lot of lights around the hotel.
