"I contacted the hotel through email, but they didn’t reply. I wanted to reserve a private bath for us but Ofcourse no reply so it didn’t happen. I wanted to reach out through Expedia but that didn’t work either. On Expedia the room details were false. The photos did not match the room we got. We requested a non smoking room and ended up getting a smoking room. When we asked the staff they sprayed a air freshener in the room which didn’t do anything. I guess if you aren’t Japanese it’s just hard...

"The location is 3km away from railway station but they offer pick-up and drop down service, even they don't speak English but try to help, so I have 2 nights good stay there"
