Please note:

-we make an effort to ensure the house is safe, but it may not be ideal for families with very young crawling babies
-Pool and Gym: We have a relationship with a country club through which guests can book day passes. The club is 18 minutes away from the house. Please note: the admission to the club is NOT included in the booking price, bookings must be made in advance, and additional rules may apply.
-we have our home professionally maintained by pest control services, but this is still the south and we live below sea level. Depending on the season you may see a bug. Please understand this isn't a cleanliness issue, just a reality in the deep south :)
-our backyard is large, but it currently is not fenced in.
-we do not allow smoking/vaping, or unauthorized guests or pets. Any violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fine.
-we allow maximum 2 pets, and they must be added in your booking request. Unauthorized pets will result in a $1000 fine/per day
-unauthorized guests will result in a $100 fine/per day

Peaceful stay
We stayed in this property for a family wedding. The property had everything we needed! We use vrbo exclusively and this property had the easiest check in/out process we've ever experienced. Beds were so comfy, highly recommend!

Relaxing stay
The house is very spacious, well stocked with essentials, clean, and felt like home. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the grocery store, airport and local libraries. We have a toddler, so the library is essential. We appreciate not being too far from downtown restaurants and sight seeing too. Thanks for everything!

Nice little get-a-way
We stayed for a long weekend. The home provided for all our basic needs and have no complaints! With only one couch and a couple of chairs in the main living space, it wasn't great for lounging in the evenings (watching TV or a movie) since we had 5 guests in the house.

A Charming Time
We came to Charleston to site see, and wonder. This house was perfect for our week long stay. It was close enough to get to things easy. It is only about 25 minutes from all of the sites. It is very roomy, and gave us enough room to play games as well as live comfortably. The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to navigate. It was a great place to stay and we had a great time.
