The house has lots of games and entertainment even if the weather takes a turn…..we didn’t cook because town was so close— the country cottage was amazing place for breakfast and we went to blue duck for dinner….just burgers and beer…..nice weekend out of the city!!"

"House was right on the lake with a great view. The multi-level decks were very nice as well and the boat dock was huge. House was clean and nicely decorated, we really enjoyed the large outdoor living space as well. We even caught a couple catfish as well from the dock."

"The house is beautiful and spotless! The dock was covered with cobwebs and no directions were given for lights on the dock! And then there was the carport! So, when we pulled in to the carport both of noticed lots and lots of dirt covering the French drain at end of driveway; covering most of said drain! Then overnight it stormed! Water approximately 2” deep all the way to back wall! Mud was everywhere, nothing was draining off! I called Mrs. Sims; told her about and her answer was yes that...

"Our family enjoyed our two week stay on the lake. The boat lift was perfect to allow us to keep our boat out of the water at night without having to get it on the trailer every night. The fenced in yard worked really well for our dog to be able to hang out outside with us without a leash. The kids loved fishing off the dock and even caught some catfish to eat. The location made it easy to get in and out of the neighborhood without having to deal with windy roads. This was especially helpful...
