"Condo is tucked away in a quiet, gated/secure, safe neighborhood which is located on Lake Livingston. The marina is 1 block away, and the neighborhood has a little park directly on the lake that anyone in the neighborhood can use. The quaint little town of Coldspring is nearby. Condo is small but cozy and cute. It was very clean, and well appointed. The second bedroom is located in the loft with a very steep staircase (it made me a bit nervous with small children) but it worked out ok, I slept...

"The size and location of the home is amazing! Everyone having a bed and privacy made our weekend so enjoyable. Nothing better than sharing a cup of coffee on the deck, looking over the water with your sisters. ♥️"

"The property itself was lovely. It was clean, newly renovated, open and uncluttered. It even had a media room. Very comfortable. It was exactly as pictured. The only surprise was the surrounding properties were older and unkept. We expected the neighboring homes to be similar to the one we rented."

Rustic setting right on lake,me and my girlfriend had a very relaxing and fun weekend and would like to return when warmer and enjoy the lake activities. Definitely exactly what was advertised and the other people staying at the park were very friendly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves"
