How disappointing....not my past experience

Posted Mar 4, 2015
We have stayed at All Star Music before and this was NOT our previous experience. I grew up going to Disney. However, this was (most likely) my last trip with my parents due to their age. I requested a joining first floor room for my family to be close with my parents. I understand there were no guarantees with my request, but what we got was not expected. We arrived early that morning to do the check in process knowing that we could not get in until after 2:00. But, I thought that with pre paying our rooms and an early check in, it would ensure us a decent room location. We left the park at the appropriate time to check in and get luggage in room with intentions of returning quickly as we had other family members in the park. We never expected to be gone for 3 hours. We were on the top floor that was not joining with my parents. The worst part was we were told the cheerleading competitions would be ending and that we should be able to park close by the evening. That never happened in the 5 days we were there. THE CONES REMAINED THE ENTIRE TIME AND WE NEVER WERE ALLOWED TO PARK NEAR OUR ROOMS! There were people dragging there luggage to rooms across lawns to get to rooms. My husband called the front desk asking if we could use a cart to get our luggage in. He was told we would have to rent one. We were at the very end unit of the resort. Crazy to go all the way up to front. Again, we left family at the park to check in .....we just wanted to get back to them. Out of frustra

confortável porém os quartos são muito pequenos

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Limpeza dos quartos e gentileza e educação dos funcionários.
Cons: O atendimento no check in.

Perfect Hotel for Disney

Cons: The carpets could be cleaner. Or, remove the carpets near the sink area.
We stayed for 4 nights during our stay in Orlando. It was a convenient location. Quiet. We had all that we needed.

Fun!

Great pricing, wonderful experience. Hotel needs to stay on top of promises like luggage arriving at a reasonable time not 2am.

Very convenient hotel.

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: The advantage of the airline check in and the convenient transportation to/from the airport is a plus. The room is clean and had all we needed.
Cons: Our room was in building 6 so it was far away from the lobby. It would be great to have golf carts or any other means of transportation to commute.
Location: Stayed only one day and visited Epcot. It was great!
The hotel is affordable with all the comfort we needed. Clean, excellent attention from all employees, good amenities. Always exceeding our expectations. Looking forward to come back soon.

Perfect if you're on a budget

Posted Feb 25, 2015
The hotel isn't luxurious but if you are on a budget I recommend the All star resorts. Standard rooms, super friendly staff, pool for kids and transportation to pretty much every where you want to go. You do have to walk to the food court outside so if it's raining then I guess it can be a down fall but I think it's still worth the price compared to other Disney hotels.

All Star Music Resort

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Easy access to everything. Being on the Disney property meant we saved on a rental car. Clean, neat and all the staff was very accomodating.
Cons: As mentioned above, it would have been nice to have received my veterans discount. I will be back at Thanksgiving and will have 7 people in our party.
Location: Only 15 minute drive on the bus to any of the parks and 30 minutes to downtown Disney. We were able to do and see everything we wanted to in 4 days.
Easy check in, very convenient, helpful staff, bus accessibility everywhere saved us from having to rent a car. Transportation to and from the airport was convenient as well.Had dripping bathtub faucet and it was fixed the same day we reported it. Very clean. Had cold weather and it would have been nice to have blankets for our beds. Had to sleep with our winter coats over us to keep warm enough first two nights. When I booked the trip I was tole to wait until we got to the hotel to get our Hopper Passes because they would be cheaper. When we got to the hotel I asked about a veterans discount and they couldn't do it. We were told to go to Downtown Disney's Guest Services which we did. I had my discharge papers with me and my driver's license has VETERAN on it. They would not accept that. It had to be a special Military ID that I did not have. I have been able to use my military papers everywhere else I have gone so that was disappointing. It would have saved $145 per pass. Because of the weather being so cold the first two days, the lines in the parks were not very long and we were able to get by without Fast Passes. Only 5 to 10 minutes to get on any ride. It was almost a perfect vacation.

Nice stay in Disney hotel, good quality/price rati

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: Good things: - it is part of disney resort therefore you have a lot of advantages -simple & tidy, not noisy, easily accesible
Cons: Improving things: - The rooms dont have a window that could be opened therefore it was dump and dark - the restaurant & breakfast was expensive
we spent 2 days in this hotel which has just what is necessary. I would defintely recommend it due to the price, location and facilities
