So tacky and disappointing

Posted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: The fact that is was on the Disney grounds was a plus
Cons: everything
the room had a terrible odor, the towels felt like they had been used at Motel 6 and then sold to disney. We asked for a king size bed when making the reservations, and they put us in a room with two double beds.

Very disappointed

Posted Mar 26, 2015
My experience totally opposite to expectation and what Disney promised. The room is very old; staffs weren‘t friendly, slow service, and sometimes helpless. Cafeteria environment, food quality & menu, and service are worst than other resorts facility. Not recommended!!!

Not an All Star

Disney should be ashamed with this so called hotel. It was more like a dorm room. Over priced, old, dirty!

Great hotel. Great price.

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Clean rooms, efficient staff.
Cons: More food options. Need coffee makers in ALL rooms!
Location: Downtown Disney, Blizzard Beach, Magic Kingdom
The hotel was perfect. It's on Disney property, so you get all the benefits of Disney. Free shuttle service. The only negative was that I did not have a coffee maker in my room.

Pros: Very kid friendly.
Cons: Arcade card recharge machine was not working at time.
Location: Everything was accessible by bus.
Great hotel for budget friendly parents. Poolside games were a hit with kids. Long lines for food but went quickly and service was always with a smile.

Nice Disney Resort Hotel - very convenient!

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: I loved the CONVENIENCE factor of Disney All-Star hotels - being able to walk out front and ride a Disney Transport bus to go to the parks.
Cons: If the wall and floor structures could be more soundproof, that would be great - but I'm not thinking that can happen.
Location: The location is convenient to all the Disney parks and locations. We went to Downtown Disney to see Cirque de Soleil -highly recommend!!!!!
We LOVED the convenience of the hotel by being able to utilize the transportation buses to all the parks. It was really nice to be able to park the car and not pay the $17 parking fee every day - just travel everywhere by bus, monorail or boat. The buses arrived often so we never had to wait around for very long. The room was clean and nice enough, but the walls and floors weren't very sound proof, so we heard young children next to us and above us at times. There are many buildings behind the main building where you check in. Our room happened to be located in the furthest building away from the main building so we had extra walking to do to get to our room. Highly recommend asking about parking so you can hopefully park closer to the building where your room is located. I've always wanted to stay at a Disney hotel to be closer to everything, so this was a great start. The price was reasonable, too - so that helped. Also convenient was the cafeteria located in the main building with great food choices if you didn't get supper before you got back to the hotel. I'm not sure about the exact hours, but some food choices closed at 10 pm, but other items like hamburgers & hot dogs were still open after 10 pm. When you stay at a Disney Resort Hotel, they give each of you a wrist band with your ticket information on it which was nice, too. It was convenient to be able to pay with the wrist band that connected to the hotel bill. That was a new feature I had never seen before.

Saint Patrick Day and birthday celebration.

Posted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness and price The handicap room was big enough for the scooter
Cons: I think the cafeteria could have been more customer friendly We heard a supervisor berate an employee and it was inappropriate to do it that way .
Location: The location was a lovely setting but kind of confusing trying to find it
I rented a scooter and that worked out so well. The bus drivers were so helpful and took great care of me.
