Nice quiet condo. Checking in was easy with codes provided. Parking garage was clean and easy to access. easy access to beach and pool Area. Bathrooms were clean. The beds were not top notch but everything else was comfortable.

Great Place, but difficult to get in
The wrong gate code was given, spent 20 minutes trying to get connected... they connected me incorrectly to someone in Maryland, but after another 15 min was able to get the Janitor code to enter. Bed spreads were dirty and stained, had to change them myself. The view is spectacular, condo is a little old, but right on the beach. The best part is both bedrooms have an ocean view. Liked the feel overall except for the two snags mentioned.

No maintenance response.
Everything was fine except the lack of response to a problem report. We reported the sink in the master bath was not draining properly the first day. The total response was to thank me for reporting it. Great big help. We put up with a sink that kept filling up with water fo the entire week.

Misleading title
Let me start by saying that overall the stay wasn’t bad. It was a nice location with a generally clean condo and a nice building with beach toy storage below and easy access to the pool and the beach. That said, my family and I had several problems which were brought to the attention of Vacasa but never addressed. (Character limited, so listed briefly below) 1. The listing specifically mentions a washer and dryer, leading one to believe that they are in the unit. This is not the case. There is a laundry room for the whole floor with a single washer and dryer. They cost money to use and there is no money/change machine there. We chose this location over another because it had a washer and dryer… or so we thought. 2. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work, nor did the water (from the fridge). Vacasa was notified and although we were given assurances that local staff would come take a look, we never saw anyone. There were no ice trays either, so we bought ice from the store. 3. Although we found this listing on VRBO, Vacasa is a much larger national company and there wasn’t a local POC. 4. Dirty floors and linens 5. Almost no pots, pans, mixing bowls, or other prep stuff. Those that were there were extremely cheap. 6. Garage clicker is pointless. Doors always open. 7. Minimal/no extra towels or linens 8.No drain plugs in sinks. Better take off rings. 9. Shades don’t cover windows fully for sea turtles. 10. Dull knives with no way to sharpen.

Ocean Views are incredible, but.....
The views were incredible, but they did not disclose there was no way to get to the beach except to walk all the way around the complex, so that was very inconvenient. There was no manager on site to check in with when we got there and the next day I went down to the office 3 separate times, office door was open, but no one was around. They also called and said there was something wrong with the master bed and they wanted to come fix it. They would call me the next day to schedule something. They never called and just showed up and still had to come back the next day. Again, the views were incredible, but I was displeased with some of the other issues.

Nice beachfront property
Enjoyed staying in this 6th floor condo with direct beach access and a nice pool. Easy in and out of condo and good location. Everything is as advertised in photos. Living room loveseat should probably be replaced but other than that the stay was very enjoyable.
