"Overall the property is exquisite and higher end, the hosts were accommodating and flexible with an early checkin and the pool was sparkling clean. Everything was in a state of good repair. For our larger group the high amount of bathrooms and their tankless hot water heater was a big deal, since the showers were running constantly it was nice to never run out of hot water which has happened to us before in a vacation rental home. Plenty of parking and we were able to pull in our RV just fine."

"It wasn't as kept up as I would have like however we made do and it was comfortable overall I was able to create a family Thanksgiving dinner and dinner's beyond it's nice having a washer and dryer indoors at your convenience so I would definitely rent this place again it's just minor things that needed to be repaired and the yard needed to be up kept other than that it's a very nice property to rent."

Only gripe is its listed as a 5 bedroom but its really more of a 4.5 bedrooms, the half bedroom is attached by a sliding glass door and does not have a true bed. Definitely would stay here again."

The neighborhood is quiet and some houses were more run down than others but a few well kept homes in the area. The front yard was was not kept up. "I took a group of college students to an exhibit in Las Vegas. This house was perfect for us. We loved the character of it, the location, the amenities...everything. It's quirky, and that makes it so fun. Plenty of room, lots of fun things to do, great location close to the strip, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The host was excellent and quick to communicate. We were very happy and would stay there again in a heartbeat."
